New restyled, the big space of Restaurant looks in front at the forest through a huge window that allows to enjoy at the same a wonderful view over the surrounding mountains.
The Menu is wisely cared by Master Chef from Abruzzo Vittorio Bacchetta.

Our Chef likes indeed to delight our guests with typical proposals of italian kitchen and of our Abruzzo Region such as: Chitarra al Sugo d’Agnello, Zuppe Montanare full of vegetables.
Great tastes with special flavours and spices from mountain – thyme,pennyroyal, zafferan. Polenta with local sausages and Spuntature (porks) or Polenta alla Pettoranense, Sheep cheese coupled with bacon and wild spinach, fresh cheese in homemade pasta.
It is also possible to choose cold cuts’ assiette, mountain ham, mortadella from Campotosto, Pork ribs with cheese and eggs, sheep’s skewers, Baccalà from L’Aquila. Besides every day some interesting sweets are prepared to satisfy all kind of tastes.
